Login with Correct Username and Password Fails

Symptom 1

Login to PrivX GUI fails for all users. No errors recorded to PrivX logs

Solution

This may be caused by PrivX-server storage being full. Check the disk space on your PrivX server(s).

Symptom 2

Login with correct username and password fails with both conditions:

1. Received error Invalid username or password when attempting to login to PrivX
2. Logfile /var/log/messages contains error
   SSH-PRIVX[PID]: AUTH [WARNING] server.go:195 OAuthError: invalid_request/illegal base32 data at input byte 0

Solution

Browse to [PRIVX_SERVER]/privx/ to relogin
