Login attempts to the PrivX GUI fail for all users, and no related errors are logged in PrivX service logs.

This issue may occur if the disk storage on the PrivX server is full.

Potential Solution

Verify the available disk space on all PrivX servers. Free up space if necessary.

Case 2: Login Fails for Specific Users Under Two Conditions

Login attempts fail for specific users, even when using correct usernames and passwords, and both of the following conditions are met:

1. The error message "Invalid username or password" appears in the PrivX login interface.

2. The /var/log/messages file contains an error similar to:

   SSH-PRIVX[PID]: AUTH [WARNING] server.go:195 OAuthError: invalid_request/illegal base32 data at input byte 0
