Merging changes on Extender/Carrier/WebProxy upgrade
Extender/Carrier/WebProxy configs are not migrated on upgrade.
In case of manual changes in the extra component .toml files,
- After upgrade, download new .toml files from PrivX UI
- Compare between previous version of *.toml files and downloaded files
- If there are no new variables introduced to the downloaded files, discard the downloaded files
- If there are new variables, merge the manual changes from your .toml to the new .toml files
- Run postinstall scripts of the components
