AD Connection That Previously Worked Now Fails

An Active Directory connection that previously worked now fails with the following error:

LDAP Result Code 49 "Invalid Credentials": 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C09042A, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 532, v3839.

This issue is commonly associated with password expiration.

Potential Solution

• Check if the service user's bind password has expired.
• If it has, update the bind password in both Active Directory and the PrivX Active Directory settings.
