Enabling Mobile Approval
Mobile approval allows approvers to review and approve or deny role requests with PrivX Authorizer. It is disabled by default for each workflow.
To receive role requests in the app, approvers must pair a device with PrivX and subscribe it to role requests. Approvers can also review and respond to requests in the PrivX Web UI.
Before enabling mobile approval, verify that:
- PrivX is registered with the Mobile Application Gateway. For instructions, see Registering PrivX with Mobile Application Gateway.
- The intended approvers have paired devices subscribed to role requests. For instructions, see Subscribing to Role Requests.
To enable mobile approval for a workflow:
- In Administration → Workflows, create a workflow or edit an existing one.
- Select Enable mobile approvals.
