Register PrivX instance to Mobile gateway. No request body. Already registered returns 200 without changes. Client initialization failure or a missing license token returns 503. Restricted API mode returns 400 RESTRICTED_API_ERROR.

Unregister PrivX instance from Mobile gateway. Destroys all pairing data! No request body. Sources using mobile MFA prevent unregistration.
