Get Mobile Approvals subscription update status
Returns the status of a Mobile Approvals subscription update for one of the current user's paired devices. Poll using the latest id and code; either may change while PENDING. Unsupported gateway states or processing failures return 502, not necessarily REJECTED. Requires mobile_approval; restricted API mode returns 400 RESTRICTED_API_ERROR.
