Limiting Login Rate
After a user and/or IP address repeatedly fails to log into PrivX, you can temporarily prevent them from making further login attempts to PrivX. This can help secure your PrivX against brute-force-access attempts.
To set limits for failed logins, perform the following on each PrivX server:

Modify the settings under the
[loginratelimit]
section in the configuration file/opt/privx/etc/auth-default-config.toml

Restart the PrivX services to apply:
# systemctl restart privx
